Thank you for applying to the Training of Facilitator for Practice Enterprise (PE) based Job Experience Program (Basic Course). The PE program has been recognized in the EU and 42 countries around the world as a practical program for job readiness and entrepreneurial skills development

The Training of Facilitator (TOF) basic course will help you understand the basic concepts and core operational guidelines of the Practice Enterprise program. Upon completion, participants will receive an international certificate. Additionally, you will be enrolled in the PEN Facilitators' Pool and have the opportunity to advance your career by working as a freelancer on PE programs and projects

PE(실습기업)기반 직무 체험 프로그램 전문가 기초 과정에 지원해 주시는 여러분들을 환영합니다.

PE프로그램은 유럽연합(EU) 및 전 세계 42개국에서 취업 준비 및 기업가 역량 발전을 위한 실무 프로그램으로 인정받고 있습니다. TOF(Training of Facilitator) 과정은 PE기반 직무체험 프로그램의 기본 개념과 핵심 운영 지침을 이해하는 데 도움이 되도록 설계되었으며, 본 프로그램 수료 후, 국제 수료증이 수여됩니다.

본 프로그램 수료자 분들은 PE프로그램  퍼실리테이터 풀에 등록될 것이며, 이 후 PE 프로그램 및 프로젝트에서 퍼실리테이터, 코치 또는 전문멘토로 활동할 수 있는 기회를 갖게 될 것입니다.

• Course fee: 40,000 KRW 수강료 : 40,000원 (하단 구글폼 신청, 선발 시 수강료 안내 도와드립니다.)

• Please note that this is a special fee, and the normal tuition is 400,000 KRW (2023년에 제한적으로 제공하는 특별가이며, 일반 수강료는 400,000원입니다.)

Course Features 교육 특징

• Practical curriculum for the participants to operate and coach the students and trainees in the Practice Enterprise based job experience programs 실습기업(Practice Enterprise) 기반 직무체험 프로그램을 실질적으로 운영하고 학생들을 지도하도록 설계된 커리큘럼

• Crriculum with real-world topics that you can use as instructors for your program. PE프로그램의 지도자로써 활용할 수 있는 실전 주제를 다루는 커리큘럼

• Flipped learning approach: Provide key theories and learning tasks in advance, and focus on hands-on exercises in class. 자기주도학습 방법론: 주요이론과 학습내용을 과제와 매뉴얼의 형태로 제공하고, 수업은 실습과 토론 그리고 피드백 중심으로 진행

• Requirements for earning the Pen Worldwide Association International Certificate: Performing at least 70% of tasks and maintaining an attendance rate of more than 50%. 펜월드와이드협회 국제수료증 취득취득 요건: 최소 70%의 과제 수행 및 50% 이상의 출석률 유지
